Hi guys,
Count me in! too late for pre-release though :(

Ok so what class are we in short supply of? I've no real preference at the mo but the guardian class looks handy in later stage dungeons?

Also does anyone know if towers (small battlekeeps) are avalible on the PvE server or is this limited to PvP? Thanks.

Oh and DnC sounds good! But supprised no-one suggested 'OverCromers UK' :)

Not sure what class we are short of yet, a few conqs and DT's but no guardians in guild yet. Seems to have a good mix atm.

ALL the PvP like battle keep sieges and the mini game battlegrounds is available on PvE servers. Even the Border lands zones are PvP enabled (where the battle keeps are built). The only difference is that PvP servers are FFA in all the leveling area's.

should work across instances iirc

Managed to resist playing last night, hopefully Thursday night if I get my project handed in on time

Got a new boss at work, so can't do it here either.

I'm guessing we already have some level 30's? How are the instances?
 
we dont have any lvl 30's as far as im aware lol.

Highest level in the guild so far i think was jokester, not sure what lvl he is at now. Im 16, and i was the lowest lvl, there are only 6 of us in the guild at the mo. well there was yesterday afternoon when i was last on.
 
I'll probably join a few weeks after release, once pay day has come about :). Haven't played a good MMORPG since I quit WoW about a year ago! I guess by that time you'll have an idea of what classes / professions you're short on.

Just abit worried how it'll run on my system (3800 Dual Core, 1gb DDR1 PC3500, 7900GT). Only got a 17" Screen at 1280x1024 so I'm hoping its playable on the lowest settings.

Sinny is about 26, Jokester is around 21, I just dinged 29, and the others are around 19-22.
 
Level 30 now, awsome game so far, after Tortage npc's dont speak which is a bit dissapointing but its still a great game, best visuals i have seen in a long time and some parts rival Oblivions in terms of quality and view distance.

Solid Framerate as well which is good.
 
Should be getting this soon but I'm just wondering, this is a PvE server right? What is the difference between PvP and PvE servers? I quite like PvP but I get the feeling that AoC isn't a very good PvP game so I'd be focusing on the PvE aspect mostly.
 
Aye, when people didn't talk after Tortage I wondered if my sound was broke lol.

Would have been crazy to expect them to voice it all though.
 
Glad i went PvE, i could imagine it being a nightmare when you got 3 or 4 people waiting for the same boss to kill (which seems to common as the bosses take to long to respawn) . Though i wanted to kill the ****s who waltz in and steal the boss kills after you've cleared the way through all the mobs. Or the gay sins' who sneak up hidden and get the first hits on the bosses when its obvious you've been waitig 10 mins.

But you can do that in the later levels/contested areas right?
