It depends on how much it costs and how good I find the game. Anyone know if you will be able to pay for a month or two and then cancel? It won't be a whole year you have to subscribe to :confused:

No decision has yet been made on the pricing side of things. The latest discussion between the developers and those in Beta testing is that they want to make it as accessible as possible and not like every other MMO out there.

The last rumour I had was that they were looking at around £5 per month, but again, this is nothing but a rumour.

Well, first impression are great. Your given a budget of £500,000 and a wage budget of £100,000. You can auto-select your squad, where you put in your fav team, country and it auto selects you a squad. You can also pick each member of your squad individually which is what I did. There is an acquisition fee for each player which uses up your £500,000.

Once you've got your squad together you choose a Football Association to be in. There are ones for hardcore players who play 24/7, early evening, night-time, morning, etc. I joined the All Evening FA, so I am most likely to get games against opponents in my league from 6-12pm. The league starts on Friday so at the moment I'm just playing friendlys and getting my reputation up. Pittodrie Ultras FC (my team

) have played 2 friendlys - drew first 0-0, won second game 2-1. So yeah, it's great so far

How you getting on now?

The 2nd season on my server starts tonight so looking to do a little better than last time. I selected the wrong opening skill set at the beginning which mean't it took me longer to open up the tactics tree thus not being able to set individual player and team tactics. Boy did it cost me dearly.

I got my invite yesterday - brilliant game I must say. Does not work through our work proxy (which in a way is a good thing), so played it last night.

Love the skills system! Played 3 friendlies so far, 2 draws and a win, including a last min comeback from 2-0 down.

Oh dear, oh dear. I have had an awful time. I chose tactics at the start so I've had a chance to tweak quite a few things. I thought I'd found a decent formation & tactics. I was 10+ games unbeaten and doing well. Fired up FML yesterday and I went around 15 games without a win. Several new formations later I managed to break the curse and get my win. Our season starts tomorrow so I need to get back on track for then

I've yet to find a winning tactic in this recent run of friendlies before the new season. I have lost 4 and drawn 1 recently, although just a signed an outstanding striker, the one area I am badly lacking in quality. My original strikers were Chris Greenacre, Alex Revell and the legend Mido.

On the tactics I went for developing young talent, so the pool I started was with Perception which takes an age to learn level 2. Stopped it and done level 1 tactics as thats only a 40m learn before going back to perception over night.

What server you on? Would imagine its different to me though.
