And yes the 280 looks a right kick ass card. Will be interesting to see the peformance differece between that and that 260.

well i heard that 4850 will be june 16 and 4870 june 25th and 4870x2 july

they might ship 50/70 together just to spoil nvidias party who knows

ATI originally had it as the 18th, but it was leaked that Nvidia where also going to release theirs on the 18th so ATI have brought it foward.

So they must be getting pretty good yeilds on their cards. Which is always a good thing. :)
 
new cards are due out in less than a month, but i havn't seen any benchmarks from either company saying "were better then the competition & here's the proof" or any other places where benchies come from
 
The GT200's will be the faster, but i guess we'll just have to wait and see if they are gona be worth the extra over the 4000's, which could be anywhere from £150 to £200 id imagine.
