does this support hyper treading technology? and should i be enabling this if i overclocking?

Right - before you start living up to your avatar, read what it actually says on your motherboard.
Hyperthreading was implemented for the Pentium 4 chips because their logic pipelines were so long. With Core architecture, the pipeline is much shorter (12 stages or something, compared to 32) and is therefore not generally necessary.

The much publicised point of hyperthreading was helping the massive pipeline in the P4 chips remain active.
As the Core architecture makes use of a pipeline which is almost a third the length of the P4, and then came out with two cores anyway, shoehorning the logic required to get hyperthreading in there would have been an unnecessary expense.
Which is why it is not generally needed with the Core architecture.
If I'd said HyperThreading was a load of rubbish and provided no performance benefit for any processor, ever, then I would have to eat my words (and a lot of other stuff as it would be complete rubbish to spout that). But I didn't.

well either way, hyper-threading is set to return with the 45nm Nehalem.
Indeed - it will be very interesting to see what performance benefits it brings to the table.
