royal mail special delivery for NI, and the airsure option for southern.

They all vary massively but I found Parcelforce Ireland 48 to be the best value.

Aye, I second that - posted Guitar Heroes to someone in Ireland, cost me £13 (it cost £10.99 to post to UK)

I'm not entirely sure - all I know is my local post office counter boy recommend me to use Parcelforce International and quote me that cheap price compared to RM.
