Eurovision!

Gonna miss this tonight for the first time in years! I love watching this, mainly because I've backed 3 of the last 5 winners, and there's so many crap ones to laugh at. Terry Wogan is a legend though :D
 
Yeah Wogan will get half drunk as usual :)

I've heard that the UK entrant is the worst ever according to the bookies, this could get amusing with nil points!

250/1 I've seen. Last few years our odds have escalated dramatically.

2004/05: 9/1
2006: 12/1
2007: 25/1
2008: 80/1+
 
It's funny how wogan goes on and on about how we'll never win because of block voting and how the scooch song was good etc. Our songs over the last 4 years have been abysmal.

My pick: Greece at 9/1.

Had Turkey at 33/1 a few years ago, fiver each way.. needed to get 12 points and hope the country in the lead (think it was Greece!) got 2 or less, and they got 1! :)
 
I'm going with the Latvian entry, though I secretly want the Greek (dont care about the song, but the singer, she looks pretty fine in the video)

but anyway, latvian entry... YARRR Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum...
