Those 2 players had Kenyon by the goolies.
Why do you say that? I'm not a Chelsea fan but the guys had a great season what is the sense of sacking him?
Because I'm not surprised they sacked him.
And talk of him having a great season is a bit over the top. He's done ok, come very close to winning more than one major trophy, but at the level Chelsea want to be at, winning nothing can never be called a great season.

Does anyone know if Grant has left the club or will he go back to his previous role at the club?
Looking forward to seeing who we appoint as the next manager, would love to see Jose back but find it highly unlikely.
I hope we get a top class manager to attract some top class players.

Yep. If it doesn't stop soon they'll struggle to attract a top manager.
It says his contract has been terminated so i'd imagine he's gone for good.

I reckon Jose will come back. But come on, they expect miracles in a manager's first season? It takes time to settle in!

I wonder what the odds are on Jose to come back and Chelsea to with the Quadrauple next season
Well thats why Chelsea will hopefully never win anything.
They try to buy there way to success rather than building a team/family ala Man Utd. So they bring in Frank Rijjkard on a 4 year deal - who is to say he wont get sacked after one season if they finish second.
Consistency is important and Chelsea dont have it.
I feel sorry for Grant, he was a decent guy and did a tremendous job this season... I hope he goes on to manage again somewhere decent.

Good, Avram was not the man to lead Chelsea forward.

Billionaires have big egos. And, Jose isn't a chump. He didn't enjoy the relationship between himself and the owner. He didn't have complete control. He won't come back. Although I wouldn't mind, he was a laugh.

Thats pretty harsh.. in his first season he has done amazingly well... you cant just expect to walk into a team and win win win in your first season. Well unless your a Chelsea owner

To get Jose back I think we would have to offer him £1m a week for wages, in order to even tempt him, even then he would still turn us down
