Demolition Man: Same film, different advertising

Okay really strange film trivia here:

In the film Demolition Man, Taco Bell is supposedly the only restaurant chain left in the world. However, after watching this vid below on advertising in films http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EBf5aHY2rPg&eurl=http://www.perimetec.com/Anti-SpamGogglesPlease.php - (see 3:46) it turns out there are two versions of the film, the English version with Taco Bell and the American version with Pizza Hut. Different dialogue and different locations must have been filmed. Strange thing is, there is no Taco Bell in Europe, so why show the Europeans TB version?

It's been Taco Bell whenever I've seen it.

It was Taco Bell in the original (American) version, and Pizza Hut in the european version, which was only shown/sold in *some* european countries.

Both Taco Bell and Pizza Hut are part of the 'Yum!_Brands' company..
