Which 8800GT 512MBs are single slot?

I know the BFG 8800GT 512MB is, but what others are?

AFAIK, all 512MB 8800GT's unless specified otherwise are single slot.

Yep, the reference 8800GT cooler is single slot. The majority of 8800GT brands such as eVGA/XFX/BFG/PNY use single slot coolers.

Thanks all for that info....reason I ask, is that I have a Sparkle 8800GT 512MB and it uses a double slot....

Some do, they are better than the single slot ones, infact the single slot standard coolers are pretty crap.

I know the Asus is now a dual slot, Zalman type, but the rest are generally single slot, never had a problem with my single slot one, done the job fine.

Thanks all for that info....reason I ask, is that I have a Sparkle 8800GT 512MB and it uses a double slot....

I have the Sparkle 8800GT also.

They are indeed a double slot cooler. I took it off as the fan was crap and put a Thermalright HR-05 on it.

The HR-05 appears to be a chipset cooler.....
