This has been sat on the drive just down my estate for probubly 2 years now. Never seen it move. The grey bits are new however, so it looks like the owner is atleast doing something to it.

From what I can tell it looks in very good condition. But as I havent seen it move for probubly 2 years, I have no idea what the mechanicals are like
