Currently got this out of the 4200, what do you think?

Currently very stable running Crysis, TF2, and some CPU Burn In tests.. Doesn't go above 50c on load, and 35c when no load. 11x, HT's are 5x or Default..

My memory is the 6400 XMS2 Corsair.

Am I at the limit?

posts if I go to 235Mhz but BSOD at boot

Forgot to mention, I have the Artic Freezer 64.

You should aim to keep the HTT speed as close to 1,000MHz as posible so I would drop the HTT multiplier to 4x and see if that gives you extra stability.

I have excellent stability with those current settings.. 50c on load playing Crysis.

What I mean is the extra 15 MHz that the HTT bus is getting from you going from 232 to 235MHz might be what's causing your BSOD, most boards will let you overclock the HTT by a bit but they start to go weird once you get to a certain level but it depends on the board.

Beats my efforts on the 5600 anyway. 224/226 happy enough, 228-230 was iffy and 230+ was zbzzzzt FAIL.

Did nothing but push the clock around though.
And 228 was too hot anyway.
settle for 224 in the end.

No crashes at all yet, running very nicely. 45c on load, 50c is the highest i've seen after a few hours of TF2..

HT's are at 5X too. I think I noticed a difference when changing from 5X to 4X, and 5X seems better.
