As I suspected...
Whatever you just googled, it started out as an aircooled and custom show and rapidly (within the space of two to three years) turned into 'anything and everything'. For the last 15 years, the vast majority of attendees have just been out to have a laugh. Whenever I've attended in the past, we've always got two or three cars, cut the springs, given them stupid paint jobs and done generally silly things with them. 10-15 people just having a laugh for a week.
The Golf and Sierra both look like examples of this...Examples of what has been the blood of RTTS for nigh-on two decades.
*n
So an RTTS show is actually an excuse for anyone who has any car which has anything done to it atall to make it 'non standard' to come along and feel clever about it as people like you take photos....
Can I bring my Mondeo, the Drivers seat has been replaced, that makes it modded right?
