Anyone else have trouble recovering owed monies?

Long story short, I got a CCJ against my former employer some time ago, but the court hasn't effectively enforced it. Their bailiffs have failed to collect payment 3-4 times now. I was going to make a formal complaint but I figured I'd ask opinions here in case anyone has been in this situation...

Speak to the bailiffs and the courts, find out why they have not collected?
get your own bailiffs involved.

The latest communication said something like "unable to make to contact with defendant".

Get my own bailiffs involved? You mean a debt collection agency?

Bailiffs now have the right to enter a property without the need for someone to open the door and let them in dont they?

They can do that anyway since this is a business address. Its just the area the defendant operates in seems to be known for lax court enforcement...
