id say that aslong as you are in a position to reasonably operate without certain members being on you are set, pve/p organisation can come later as more of you approach the level where you will need/want to regularly raid/pvp, and someone to keep an eye on your village incase the npc counterpart attacks (if thats implemented, im only going by what i read atm)

Yes, we are aware of this bug and are also working on a fix.

That reason why it has not been included in today's update is that such changes of course need to be tested before we can put it on the live servers for patching. But we know how important it is to have a solution for this issue so our developers are working on it.

Anyone else interested in being GM before I appoint Frapple?

I think he's put a lot of work in already with keeping track of invites and setting up the Vent server and so on, so unless anyone disagrees I don't have a problem with him being GM.

All the EA people have done a really good job so far, helping us noobs and building the keep! Frapple for GM and SS-89 can be the resource sweetshop manger

To all guardians DO NOT go for tempest feats. Polearm specialisation is currently useless (although this may change in the future) and you'll become neither a tank or dps dealer. Combos are too slow to maintain the distance advantage over a sword.

I've now tried all 3 feat trees (at the cost of 8 silver ) and the general tree is the best to fill first supplemented with juggernaut. The difference is massive!!

Ok some info regarding crafting and gathering for the newbies:

Gathering:

You can learn all the gathering skills in any of the resource areas (Lacheish, Poitain and Purple Lotus). These include skills such as Mining, Prospecting, Woodcutting, Stonecutting etc.

Tier 1 Gathering can be learnt at level 20
Tier 2 Gathering can be learnt at level 50
Tier 3?-Not quite sure if there is a tier 3 as yet.

Crafting:

-Crafting can be learnt at level 40.
-It seems that you can choose 2 professions (Be careful though, I would advise atm to stick to 1 profession as nobody is really sure if it's a glitch). The first profession you choose is your main and cannot be changed. The second however, is your sub and can be changed. The only class exempt from this atm are people who choose Architect as their main, nobody knows atm if this is a bug or intended.

I rerolled an assassin. I got bored with my bear shaman trying to kill stuff. Assassin has much higher dps when you time the combos right.

Just got lvl 18 Herald of xotli and am thinking of joining a guild,can give me a shout if you likewasn't sure i was gonna carry on after the free 30 days but now im certain i will,loving itmy name is homsidal,was supposed to be homisidal but that's what happens when you create a character drunkdidn't even realise till lvl 16now im stuck with a 6ft dress wearing baldyclothing is pants for the herald
