Yep.

Id say Johnson is about as fast as walcott, if not faster..but havent seen Walcott in person.

Freddy Adu was very good in the MLS, not heard much of him recently!

Shame McBride doesnt play anymore for the USA.
 
Apparantly Rooney is going to have a hernia operation after this game, no idea why he's even playing.

Gerrad/Lampard? Guess someone will just drift over there from time to time. Unless Hargreaves has suddenly developed into a left winger as well as a right winger inside the last few weeks.

here we go with another poor inept performance give the youngster and fringe players a run out cause some of them might give a damn about playing for their country cause quite clearly half the normal team don't and its an absolute disgrace !

Dunno if half of those players are fit, I think they desrve a go at some point to see if they can play, not nessearly at the same time, we just need to find out if we have players that can cover.
 
Why not? He's a better cm than all the other players left out and although he may be playing a sitting role, he'll still have the chance to get forward too.
 
Possibly but Gerrard does both jobs better than Lampard. If that is the way we go i'd presume it would be because of Gerrard's physical attributes and the ability to play from the left and switch with Rooney.
