I agree with the posts here saying that there's a rather large contradiction between an anti-swearing policy because of the family forum status, and some of the jokes, and posts that occur, but *care*

And it's the internet for gods sake, if you can't filter out the crap yet, YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG.

Oh and I hate jews.
 
I don't hate anyone but it does make me Sick when Jews go on about the Holocaust like it was only them who Suffered, Nobody mentions us or supports us & we are percecuted to this day Branded as Scum & Thieves without ANY law to protect us.
 
Whilst I agree that the Thorpe park thead was perhaps in poor taste, I don't like OTT political correctness. Reading this thread, I'm not sure what to think. It has been a rollercoaster of a read.

Whilst it may be made in jest, it's just not funny, even in the slightest. My housemate is Jewish, and he'd take offence. Your post is an attack, I suggest you READ THE FAQ.

I honestly can't believe the mods aren't deleting these threads, I can imagine a fair few people won't buy from ocuk based on the content of GD.

And don't tell me about reading the FAQ, I've been here ever so slightly longer than you.

Get off the internet, you clearly can't cope with it. I suggest you go back to whatever hole you crawled out of. And I'm friends with plenty of Jewish people, all of whom have no problem with jokes. I couldn't give a **** if your housemate might take offence about something I said on the internet.

Have birthday as a compulsary field when you sign up? Even if you lie about it you have to take responsibility for it, I guess.

From OcUK's point of view though, if they have an 18+ forum and it's populated by a load of 14 year olds anyway, it not only defeats the point, but the whole "who takes responsibility" thing is obsolete when the point of the rules on this board is to promote a "family friendly" forum.

Im well above that age and so are a lot of other members, but we dont loose our sense of humour and dont require a forum section all to ourselves, we know that this is the Internet and the real world is outside my front door :p
