1 mistake? Read your last topic you ****, you admit to numerous mistakes, illegal and careless driving.
Nobody's perfect, but you are just a fool. You'll never learn and you dont deserve to drive ever again.

and youve done nothing wrong i suppose..

Well I haven't driven under influence of alcohol, with no insurance, etc. It's a bit late to try and paint us all with the same brush...

Drink driving and without insurance (defend yourself as much as you like, you still weren't insured) isn't making a mistake, it's complete stupidity.

Or was the mistake that you got caught/was so drunk you didn't say what you were supposed to say.

You're a fool if you thought you'd be covered. You're a fool for even contemplating driving whilst under any influence of any intoxicant, you're a fool for not thinking and being ignorant. I have no sympathy I'm afraid - at least the police catch some people.

And also, isnt a mistake something you do accidentally? You dont 'accidentally' drive your car when you know you are not legally allowed to do so. You do it on purpose.

Got to be bull, if you are caught driving uninsured now they tow the car away; And if you fail to produce documents it is crushed. If your caught uninsured as if they are going to let you drive home?

No, I dissagreed with your trailing comment.

Ok concerning that, you do not have to have the keys with you to be in possession of them.

If they are somewhere that you have access to (my example being your holiday home in Devon), then you are in constructive possession of those keys.

Therefore you are in charge of that motor vehicle, whilst being drunk. Voilla, offence commited!

Would you like me to explain constructive possession?
P.S. don't get too caught up in any of this, like I said, it would never get to court or be punished. But it doesn't mean that the offence is not taking place.

i just got the car and i would be insured which is what im gonna say.

Im guessing you are in the same situation as me. Drink driving has effected you so you will never show any tollerance to drink drivers ever. I also agree, 0 should be the limit.

The most tragic thing is people like him dont think its a problem untill after they have killed someone...

no, fortunately im not in the same situtation and i don't ever want to be, im sorry that you find yourself affected by it. i just don't ever want to see it happen to someone i love and knowing that there are ****s out there like this guy just really annoys me.

I would say "one day i hope you learn your lesson scotty", but i know you won't so instead i shall say:

i hope you die very soon - less scum like you = nicer place to live
