LGA 775, SLI, MICROATX MOBO?

Rumour has it that DFI are doing one.

Roumer be wrong? Still doesn't stop the fact that INTEL chipsets still don't support SLi, and i doubt there will be a mATX skulltrail board ;)

Unless DFI are going to have an nvidia chpset based sli board...

As far as i am aware, you can go sli and mATX, but you'll be having to use an AMD chip.

Thanks for the replies guys, afraid i went to bed!!

My dream was to have a nice fast as ****, watercooled matx system...Athough thinking about it, SLI is **** anyway. Spose I could have a big single card solution...

Do you guys know if watercooling fits into microatx cases? Or would the rad have to be external to keep it out of the heat? Afraid i'm a bit of a watercooling noob...

if you are a noob i would avoid it. look @ my sig, my pc is stupidly fast and will run crysis at high settings without blowing a small hole in the surface of the earth. Im going to rebuild my system on monday with some cooling inprovements and i will post a build log for you guys :)

I did think that, but then, i've gotta start somewhere...Is your mATX watercooled? If so I shall look at your build log with interest. I wont be starting mine for a few months yet as it is, gotta buy a house first!

i havent bothered, it runs on air fine. i'm going to make a few mods to the case to fit two 120mm inlet fans for some nice fresh air, shut the hard disk up and improve cable management a bit. im also going to fit a smaller coolermaster heatsink with some mx-2 as i believe the Arctic Cooler 7 pro is taking up too much room and is having a negative effect on overall airflow. I dont think watercooling is viable in such a small case.

It was the whole silent thing that I was going for, i'm sure with a fair bit of case modding (**** loads) i'll be able to fit all the nessecary bits in..I've been looking for a bit of a project!!
