I drive a VW Bora TDI and was tonight presented with the glow plug symbol flashing whilst travelling. I checked the manual which said this is an engine management issue. I thought that this was gonna be costly but thanks to the internet i found a tip which suggested checking the break lights of all things. I've just been out to check and hey presto no break lights. Clever these onboard computer things.

You may find it was intentional, notice the incorrect use of break and brake, also the genious to finish of with.

Damn, my spelling is usually quite good. I'd had a drink (again). It has turned out that the 'brake' switch needs replacing.
