Fitness question

Eat what?

For me, too much food and I'll be seeing it again pretty quickly. As above, I won't eat anything major at least 1.5 or 2 hours before a decent run.

I often have a handfull or two of dried fruit just before going out though and on longer runs of an hour or more, I'll take some more fruit with me.
 
I try to eat at least 2 hours before I do exercise. The blood goes to your intestines to digest the food, which isn't good if you are exercising.
