I just dropped in to a small Tesco and picked up a basic, £1.10 "Deep Fill Cheese & Onion" sandwich. As I was eating it I looked at the nutritional information and

Sugar: 4.2g (5%)
Fat: 41.5g (59%)
Saturates: 15.5g (78%)
Salt: 2.2g (37%)
Now I'm not a calorie counter, but this seems a bit much for a one pound sandwich. A couple of these a day and you'll be well on the way to being a porker
Could we send these to Ethiopia? They must cost 10p or less to make, so for just a couple of billion pounds surely we could end starvation in Africa?
