WaterCooled Systems now available from OcUK

Yeah I'd much prefer to build my own system and water cooling but for people who don't have experience and are beginners it’s a fantastic solution.

I would definitely update the site with a few pictures of the system and WC in action as I can imagine it's a bit of a turn off with the Antec 900 empty case in every section.

Wet the buyer’s appetite!

Hi - good idea...

we'll see what we can do.

Cheers

Thanks, here to help! Just remember me when I spend £2500 at your place this Crimbo...

So very tempting, pretty expensive though and the wife would kill me:eek:

LOL! I know how you feel mate. My wife went mad at me about my last system. I recently spent a fortune on a really good heating system for our house and she's agreed to let me spend what I want on my next system this Crimbo! Can't wait, license to kill!

Why not use the new XSPC Edge instead? It's getting extremely good reviews and is less restrictive and also cheaper than the Fuzion.

Your just one step ahead of me, I have been checking up on this today. :)

Will have full details early next week on them.

This looks a great system. Couple of questions from a complete noob when it comes to water cooling.

The product description says this system runs in complete silence. Having a powerful PC is important to me, but so is a quiet PC. I presume water cooling gives me the best of both worlds?

Forgive me if this is a stupid question but are there any fans used at all in this system or is it completely water cooled. I'm just trying to get an idea of how quiet this system is. Do you hear anything at all when the system is running, like the water pump, etc.

Also which case do people recommend? I see it comes with the Antec Nine Hundred case as standard. Is that the best one to stick with or is it worth paying a bit extra for one of the other cases.

Thanks.

Watercooling takes the heat and moves it to the radiator where it goes straight out of the back of the case, lowering component and case temperature. :)

There are fans used in watercooling on the radiator, years gone by car rads were used before you could buy specialist parts!

The system is one of the quietest we make, all of our systems are low noise to being with but for the performance this system offers the watercooling takes it to a new level.

With the cases, its up to you! OcUK will not allow someone to pick a case that will cause problems with the setup in any way. It really is down to which one you like the look of although the nine is in my opinion the best value for money and the most popular choice. :)

will u not be afraid it could cause more rma problems like leaked water cooling on some parts ?

The fluid we use is picked incase this happens and every part we use to build the systems are tested extensively before we ship them to customers so we are confident in how they will go. :)

hi there guys i have been looking at the Ultima H²OC HD 3870 X2" Intel Core 2 Quad Xeon X3350 2.66GHz @ 3.70GHz+ Quad Core SILENT WaterCooled DDR2 System Stock Code: FS-082-OK and this moitor to go with it LG L227WT 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Black Stock Code: MO-054-LG i was wondering what everyone thought about pairing these two products together do you think i will be able to get the most out of this system useing the LG L227WT 22" Widescreen

As above, sell the kit as a separate part, for 'less' than parts individually if you don't mind!

Hi,

We investing heavily in LC and you can expect to see a new and much extended LC range very soon.
