HDMI is possible via the 360 but not possible for the PS3, thats what the Component part of the card comes in handy for.
@yayboy
(90 megabytes) / (300 KBps) = 5.12 minutes
Is 5 minutes really too much to wait for a download???

is that for real?
In game footage?
///runs off to buy a ps3///
didnt realise it was THAT good
That statement has left me a little confused.
I am interested in purchasing the same Black Magic Intensity Pro. I have a PS3 and want to know for sure if I can capture video through HDMI. What I plan on doing is buying a HDMI splitter and using my LCD TV to play still whilst capturing at the same time on my PC.
PS3 has HDCP all the time I think so the card would need to decrypt it, which I don't think it can so you have to use component.
OP you should have a go at making something like this with your new capture card
