How many calories in a Tesco Sandwich?!

tesco's cheese and onion sandwiches are crap anyway.
All day breakfast is where it's at.

Taste takes higher priority over calories.
I'd rather have a 2000 calorie bacon fried in bucket of lard monster sandwich than a 50 calorie, dry salad sandwich.

M&S Sarnies/wraps tbh
*drool*

Shame they closed the M&S at Cannon Street due to renovation works - the nearest M&S is too far away for me to be bothered to walk to... :(

I work my ass off to keep in shape, I'm a calorie counter, I watch whats in my food and I avoid simple carbs as much as possible.

I would avoid the OP sandwich if i was on a strict day, but sometimes I just pig out, and so would also possibly eat it depending on how I felt. To follow a diet overly strictly for good, every day, Just increases cravings I find.

It's better to just get it out of your system now and again. but that's not a free pass to eat chocolate every day.

Looking back on this thread.. I want another one. I could so eat a block of cheese right now. I've taken in 181 calories today (http://www.kelloggs.co.uk/products/..._grain_soft_oaties_oat___chocolate_chips.aspx) and jesus, I could eat this:

Curious. In the UK how is the product labeled? In the US our products show x calories per serving, and most products rate multiple servings, though a person will usually consume the product in a single sitting by one's self.

This sandwich, weighing in at one pound, would probably qualify as 4 servings here in the US, believe it or not. Though any of us certainly wouldn't treat it as such. :p

edit: just realised you meant a one pound sandwich as in £1. :o Duh.

Your thread has me thinking.. the average male requires 2500 calories a day as said on most packets RDA.

What sort of lifestyle is this based upon and at what age ?

i dont advise looking at the tesco all day breakfast sub...though they are lovely (in my completely irrelevent opinion)
