the good news its not youre gfx card(youre card is fine my freind)
bad news its a really bad game fault.
to fix this do the following.....
go to C:\My Documents\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\Career\Players\joe orpin\Confidence
(note my save player is joe orpin just find the folder for you're player.
then...
right click on holetype.tcn and change it to read only.
if i were you though i would delete you're profile and start again.
the problem is due to the tcn file getting to large ..this happens after say 4 or 5 matches.
its was doing my head in at 1st but found out that this was the problem.
so i wiped my save and started again,but before i begin the 2nd match i saved the game..then went to my player folder and set to read only and im 90% through the game with no slow down.
