Now thats a form of art:cool:

he drives his cars hard - by that i mean like a maniac - he is currently on his 3rd driving ban

he drives constantly its his passion and he used to drive to manchester 2 to 3 times a week with a full load in his car over 100kg

It's his passion so much that he ended up getting banned 3 times from it, what a clever guy.

Right... can we reel this back on topic. I think Psycho Sonny has made enough of a tit of himself in this thread, and frankly I'm fed with with this crap - yes it's funny to laugh at idiots, but I was actually interested in the content of this thread's original content.

Psycho Sonny, I suggest you think long and hard before sharing any of your "stories" here in Motors - we're a bit bored of them now.

ive got a big family

i got cousins all over the world, india, canada, america, etc

i got cousins in leicester, london, milngavie, weymms bay, renfrew, etc

i spend most of my leisure time going out with my cousins - so they are mainly who i hang about with so i guess thats why i have so many stories regarding them

I don't know why but all I can think of is the ending of the film 'This is England' that was on last night. Very similar situation :)

On topic again, WOW holy wtfbbq depreciation going on there, and I would to have one of these or an RS6 avant when I have kids and the wife orders me. O the things to look forward to in later life ;)

on a side note...who thought putting that sort of timber into an M5 was a good idea?

why buy a cutting edge, technologically advanced modern sports saloon..then specify the 70's kitchen unit wood option?

and psycho sunny's 'cousin' is clearly a Grade 'A' bell end or a wanted drug dealer...or perhaps like Harvey in the film of the same name

Aye somebody posted one the other day that was 26k iirc in the a8/7/s class thread. Absolute bargains, I guess the looks are controversial which helps with the depreciation as well as the increased numbers of M5's that were built in e60 form too?

i dont know the specifics but he used to frive up from manchester with 100kg in the back - im pretty sure it was empty on the way down

he would travel to edinburgh, paisley all the time - you wouldnt see him for days, he would be out all the time in his car

hes had a VW cabriolet, vw golf gt tdi, audi a4 1.8t then his M3, he says when he gets his license back he will be buying a better car than his m3, he drives like a maniac - so i guess his average mpg was something like under 20 easily

he has crashed 3 out of the 4 cars he has had

but he used to do so many miles and drives them hard so im not surprised

So, your cousin is an idiot?

Being serious; first he started off driving to Manchester once a week. Then he was doing it 2 - 3 times a week. Now you say he way doing it with 100KG in the back (which is nothing - 100KG is hardly a huge guy). Now he also drives to Edinburgh?

Oh, I get it now, 100kg of coke, drug dealer!

Fits the profile, drives an m3, gelled hair the like.

I loved it when he said his cousin could time travel, cut down a 2200 mile journey a week to 1600 by driving hard, so hard he bent the space and time continuum.

he drove it extremely hard so you can cut that down to like 1600 miles a week

which would be easily doable by him

Back on topic.
It really is amazing that these have come down in price so much. The E39 M5 held it's value really well for the first 5 years.
I'm wondering if it's people worried about the mechanical and electrical complexity of the new M cars.

I am quite shocked at the price there. Some people are going to get a shock if they dont research the running costs of these when they depreciate a little lower!

501BHP, 15MPG

Those 2 firgures alone will put off anyone who is even the slightest bit concerned about running costs and tax.
