Awesome. That has to be one of the funniest things I've ever read on here.

he drives his cars hard - by that i mean like a maniac - he is currently on his 3rd driving ban
he drives constantly its his passion and he used to drive to manchester 2 to 3 times a week with a full load in his car over 100kg
ive got a big family
i got cousins all over the world, india, canada, america, etc
i got cousins in leicester, london, milngavie, weymms bay, renfrew, etc
i spend most of my leisure time going out with my cousins - so they are mainly who i hang about with so i guess thats why i have so many stories regarding them

i dont know the specifics but he used to frive up from manchester with 100kg in the back - im pretty sure it was empty on the way down
he would travel to edinburgh, paisley all the time - you wouldnt see him for days, he would be out all the time in his car
hes had a VW cabriolet, vw golf gt tdi, audi a4 1.8t then his M3, he says when he gets his license back he will be buying a better car than his m3, he drives like a maniac - so i guess his average mpg was something like under 20 easily
he has crashed 3 out of the 4 cars he has had
but he used to do so many miles and drives them hard so im not surprised
...I guess the looks are controversial...

he drove it extremely hard so you can cut that down to like 1600 miles a week
which would be easily doable by him
I'm wondering if it's people worried about the mechanical and electrical complexity of the new M cars.
Back on topic.
It really is amazing that these have come down in price so much. The E39 M5 held it's value really well for the first 5 years.

Makes you wonder why they didnt sell the car in manual form here, can't be too hard to convert can it?Yep imho, looking at how quick they go through gearboxes i don't think thats a bill any SH owner wants to be landed with!
