Ah, I didn't know that. I'm usually dipping bread into the jar of Tahini when making Hummus so I think I'll try your little recipe there.You do indeed. However in the middle east/greece, they prepare tahini to eat by itself, adding olive oil and lemon juice and salt to it in the right quantities. Then you just dip your bread into that, or pour it over falafels.
