As per thread title,

I've made a minor change from a MX900 to a MX1000. I've put on some teflon strips on my Icemat V2 it's completely different

It's literally sliding everywhere and I'm having difficulty controlling it! I've been playing around in CSS and TF2 with sensitivity settings but I'm finding it rather difficult to adjust as I've had the MX900 for 4 years or so!

How how long does it take you to adjust?

Sometimes up to a week to be completly comfortable with it, took forever to get used to my G7. Even now i can't play fps for poop at the moment as if i twitch a tiny bit it goes miles.

I've never realy got used to mine properly, best mouse I ever had for gaming was my Logitech MX1000 Laser.. but the battery died and I lost the warranty information for it :o

It is indeed a very comfortable mouse, the strips are starting to wear in, before in css I'd be up to a mile off
