Lo all,

Quite simple really, which is the best anti-spot lotion / cream that I can purchase off the shelf? E.g. walk in to Superdrug / Boots and purchase.

I'm not talking about acne, just help prevent spots.

Also, what about spot removal off the shelf products, any that get rid of spots within a short period of time?

i just wash my face with normal soap like 4 times a day

If I did that with my skin it would dry up and break out with spots without any shadow of a doubt as all that is doing is stripping the skins natural oils from the face and dehydrating it and causing irritation.

To the OP, nothing will get rid of a proper spot in a "short" period of time, it just has to go through the process of healing. Best thing is something like Benzyl Peroxide to get rid of the infection as soon as possible and it promotes the skin regenerating process.

Why does it irritate your skin, if you dont dry your face with a towel then maybe...

Wash, dry, no problem.
