could fit about 4usb connections on in place of that
big turn off!
nice about this tho: "P45 Diamond comes with a high-end Creative X-Fi Xtreme Audio card."
lots of psu's use 8pin plugs now, looks like that neo3 board is definately a board for the oldies.I'd wait to see the overclocking results before deciding that. Plenty of people still buy £100 p35 over £110-£120 x38 boards and for good reasons.
Yes difficult to sell unless performance is great as price wise they are competing the x38 boards which offer more features but performance is the key.

I need a parallel port for my vfd, it may not suit you but will be an advantage for many other people like me.

Anyone had a product matrix for the Gigabyte boards ? I'm totally lost![]()
Which i'm guessing doesn't support it.
WHY??? if anything the new P45 boards should have more discrete chipset cooling solutions as the die has shrunk from the old P35 chipset to a much cooler running 65nm core size. huge cooling like that is really wasted, but i guess less informed people would believe the motherboard is the bee's knees with a cooling setup like that![]()
