Can OCUK support oversea's UK Troops

CityLink are reasonable. No worse or no better than any other courier. It's just they get used a lot more by companies similar to OcUK, therefore you hear about the issues far more on related forums.

CityLink have been fine for me, had no problems, and ive ordered a lot of stuff from ocuk down the years

Now they shall try deleivery my benq on monday because i cannot contact them till monday and by then it will be to late. No one will be in and then they will claim i have to drive up to ipswitch to go get it, which will be another 30/40 minutes + petrol + the fact i payed for saturday deleivery. All for nothing, they fail at life i hate city link. From now on im going to just go get ripped off in retail shops if i cant find a place which doesn't use city link.

nope ive been in all day staring out the window feeling sad. Even worse is the fact my friend was back from the RAF today and id ont see him much but i couldn't go out because otherwize id of missed the deleivery WHICH NEVER CAME :mad:

I mentioned it in the opening post, i can just imagine Gibbo walking into the local post office with my brand new (tax free) GFX card.

Anyway back home for 12 days come 0900 tomorrow morning, hope the weather warms up, its 42C out here at the mo

Make sure you contact OcUK then, as they will claim back the money. If you have paid for a special delivery day, and they did not deliver, then they are liable to refund the money back.

In this case its, 'The Customer Is Not always Right', as it was the customers of OcUK who asked for City Link, so its their fault for picking them to do the delivery's in the first place if they are crap.

Just because City Link are unreliable for you and probably around your area (Since it seems to be very much dependent on where you live in the country on weather you get a good service or not) doesn't mean that everyone else in England are experincing the same problems as yourself. If Overclockers change courier service then that said service may be much better for you but then Overclockes will just get as many complaints from other people.

At a guess, I would say that City Link are fine for the majority of people that shop at Overclockers otherwise I would have thought, it would be in OcUK best interest to change courier service but the fact that they are not and sticking to City Link surely speaks for itself?

In my experience, nothing comes close to royal mail special delivery. Only problem is that it is expensive for larger items. However, you are guaranteed delivery before 1pm and so dont have to wait all day. ANC are rubbish while DHL is actually good for my area. As you have probably gathered, citylink arent very good IMO.

wasn't bought from OCUK but i can assure you city-link shall be getting it, they are so useless its unbeelvieable and the website i got it from shall be refunding us you can be sure of that. I dont pay saturday deleivery to be inconvenience my self.
