Hopefully my thread title makes sense, i've changed it a few times! :o

Who do you think is the footballer with the strongest personality? Whether it be fearsome, happy, aggressive or plain stupid? :p

Personally, Ballack scares me and my stomach always leaps when he's on the attack.

Cantona was pretty out there.
He was because you could see players were in awe of him and didn't want to disappoint him, but the same could be said for Keane and Schmeichel, both of whom were arguably more out-there.

I just went for current players and Maldini has total respect from players around him... and those eyes.... Scary.

Stuart Pearce, Tony Adams, Terry Butcher, Alan Shearer, John Terry, Dave Watson, Mick Mills, them:)

Shearer.

'Newcastle's players went out on the town during a break in Dublin in 1997, a frolic that culminated in Phillipe Albert wearing a traffic cone on his head. Gillespie, meanwhile, was flicking bottle tops at Shearer. 'Al was saying, 'Do that one more time and I'll give you a good hiding,' David Batty reveals in his recently published autobiography. The pair went outside and then Batty saw a pair of legs in the air. 'We ran out to see Gillespie spark out in the gutter. There was blood everywhere. Allegedly, Keith had taken a swing as the two made their way towards the rear of the pub and Al had turned and decked him.'

And of course Shearer showing no emotion when a little leprechaun was trying to intimidate him. ;)

Footballer and personality don't really go together in the same sentence ;)
Ian Wright surely has the best personality of any footballer??

Regarding Duncan Ferguson.... didn't 2 lads break into his house once and he battered them so bad they had to go to hospital?!
