Anybody watching that Croatia - Austria highlight reel? What was the song in the background? It sounded like something that Sigur Ross would do but not sure..
 
Damn :( Thought Poland might have put more into effort. Same old story though as always, no speed, no creativity....never create any chances.

We can moan about Podolski (and I was all through the match :p) but at the end of the day we accept other nationals in the team (roger, olisadebe) .Podolski was born in Poland, he left after 2 years and is a German citizen at the end of the day...not saying I agree of course, I was born in England but given the chance I'd always go for Poland.
 
Good performance from the Germans today, Podolski surprised me, he's never impressed me in the past but he was full of beans today and caused havoc on the left.

My personal MotM was Torsten Frings who had an almost perfect performance today, he was great.

I never know what the problem is with people who change nationalities or claim e.g. dual passports etc. particularly in sport.

Hargreaves is a pretty good England player and Pieterson's the best gift England's cricket has had for ages. Take them as they come..
 
Yeah this will be well good if croatia actually go on to own everyone, their a good team and they knocked us out, so they better get the Germans.

German defence obviously did not turn up today. What the heck are they doing?

Germans look pretty bleak all over. Hoping for some violence now :D Bilic versus Podolski.
