I really didnt think the mondeos where that quick! That is impressive for a big car. May need to see about pricing up an engine transplant into my st24.

The prices the 220's are going for these days is ridiculous. Can pick up some minters for £5 - £7k depending on milage.

Also the noise these make are unreal

skoda octavia vrs?
Audi S3 is within reach, but the milage for ~£7k is a little on the high side if that bothers you. Wouldn't me.

I used to have an octavia RS, I did like it a lot but I figured I might get a load of grief in the office about having a skoda.. I know thats a bad reason for not having one though.

shame as the mk2's are a good all rounder and 20k or 2 years whichever comes first on the variable service intervals..also not too bad on the petrol

mk2s are way too expensive though althugh I do fancy looking like an unmarked copper

MK1s are ok but I did hate the white seats too.. a couple of occasions driving with a cold drink between my legs left enough condensation/stain that it looked like I'd **** myself.

White on seats and carpets is just a bad bad idea.

Not surprising considering the road tax implications under the new system. I suspect a lot of owners are selling them quick and buying a diesel...

I've been off work sick for about 5 weeks and I just filled my car up for the first time today... OMFG!! When did super get to £1.30!!!!!?!?!?!

thats like a 20% rise in just over a month!
