Well they are going to do a live action one. No real info about it yet. Think its scheduled for release 2010. Thats what IMDB says.

Theres been a film made (with real people/actors not animie) before, it's in Japanese though.

Yeah the live action Japanese one was bad enough, just figure it may be ruined even more via hollywood.

Has Hollywood truly run out of ideas then? All they seem to be doing is re-hashing Japanese/Chinese films.

It's good at the start and then it's awful. The plot goes nowhere.
