Tomato Ketchup on a meal with Beans...

I like ketchup, but not Heinz. it's nasty bitter stuff. I prefer the sweeter USA style stuff.

isnt that just suger water and "red"

i really really dont like beans and im not a big sauce either

When I was younger I used to have salads with cold baked beans sprinkled over the top, especially if the salad had hard boiled eggs with it.

Baked beans and a jacket potato is one of the best comfort foods I can think of.

trust me buy a proper tub of "cant beleive its not butter" (no diet crap) and put it in your branston beans......no other butter either because its melts to look like cat pi$$ in your beans where as "cant believe its not butter" makes them juicier and creamier

If i have baked beans on a meal i wont use tomato ketchup. Because i think it spoils it.

If i have no beans, i use ketchup.

Beans are the most superior addition to any meal.

i agree with you OP, but my dad sometimes has both, I think it's a pretty gross combination tbh.

Ketchup + Beans is always good

Anyone tried the following things... they sound awful but they're really nice.

Ketchup on a Sunday Roast.
Ketchup with Curry Sauce and Chips/Rice

The former I was told about and really didn't want to try it, and it's something that shouldn't be good but actually is quite nice.

The latter happened by accident and is now what I do whenever I have curry
