Have you ever walked out during a movie?

I walked out during the last hulk film. Was drinkin at the time but that wasnt enough to take edge off it.
Mate had to walk out of hills have eyes, during the scene where they raped the woman while threatening to kill her baby - his girlfriend completely freaked :)

Worst was when I was made to sit through that crap american film 'american dreamz'.. My gf wouldnt walk out with me so i fell asleep in protest and ignored her for a fortnight.

Cinema isnt a very good experience these days, all the problems they mention about pirate copies having people whispering and sum1 getting up infront going to the toilet.. well thats only because they are filmed in a cinema ;(

Nearly walked out of Zodiac. It just seemed to go on and on. It had about 45 mins left to it when we were considering it. Decided not to anyway.

I can't think of any other films. I normally chose wisely.

Once, it was called Aeon Flux, It was truly awful.

Good choice or should that be bad choice? I actually bought that film on DVD thinking "how bad can it be with Charlize Theron in a slinky outfit?", not my smartest ever move, however it was 5 for £30 or something so not as big a waste of money as it could be.

Only yesterday in fact, the new Indianna Jones film. I also thought I was going to slit my wrists while watching Children of Men I was so bored.

A forum full of critics we have here, such a manly thing to have the balls to walk out :d

Nah not me, ghost rider was pap, but I don't go to see horrific films at the cinema.

What a load of rubbish. How can you call it "appalling cinematography"? That's a vast overstatement from a wannabe film critic. All three were amazing films.
One of many jobs I'd never do, but thanks.

I hated the film, thought the screenplay was pretty crap, thought the directing was pretty shoddy and generally didn't enjoy the experience. Nowhere have I said this is fact, or you should take it to be so. It's my opinion, and I couldn't care less if you liked the films or not.

Maybe if I'd have used more colloquial language like "man that film was crap" you'd have understood the post a bit more.

I have never wallked out of a flick myself but many years ago when Jaws first came out I saw at least thirty people do a runner inc. a couple of them screaming hysterically, just goes to show how times change as they show that film on TV in the afternoons now.
Also Alien, quite a few girls walked out of that towing their reluctant boyfriends behind

No, I would have understood it less, as it was not crap, nor was it "appalling cinematography".

It sounds to me like you're just trying to be different. And of course it's your opinion, who else's opinion is it likely to be? It's just that your opinion is wrong.

My friend walked out after 30 mins of Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, stating the only reason he came was becuase it stared Jim Carrey so he thought it was a comedy... I loved it. He then made me go and watch "The Chronicles of Riddick" which I walked out of, but he loved it. Maybe I need a new friend

No, my opinion is not wrong. Neither is yours. You don't seem to be able to grasp this simple fact. I could say your opinion is wrong, because the films were crap, but it's moot.

Thats how subjective opinion on something like a film works. Get it?

Sister Act, went because the girl i was after wanted to see it. Abandoned both her and the film. Oddly i think i walked out of What About Bob as well, cant remember why but ive seen it since and quite like it .

Ok, my subjective opinion is that your opinion is complete ********.

Get it?
