It really isn't that funny. Like a lot of threads here it was slightly risible, but hardly worth much of a mention.

I don't know about you but quite a few emails go missing or get lost in my main email account. It's very likely he's just missed it.

Could be, I don't know how many emails go missing from my email inbox though. If they've gone missing I wouldn't ordinarily have a clue about them and no one has ever pointed out to me that I've not responded when I should have.
