This place doesn't look safe, barbed wire on litterally every building

Hoylake's strange. It's just a long main road with little shops and pubs on either side, surrounded by an absolute warren of houses.

I'd say go down the road to West Kirby, but it's really no better.

From what you say, I'm guessing you're near the train station/over on the industrial estate, past it?

Yeah i'm pretty close to Hoylake, just shops pubs & golf courses. Go over to Liverpool .

Yup, West Kirby is better. Marine lake, nice beach, a supermarket and one or two decent pubs. Not a bad place to spend a couple of hours.

Agreed, Hoylake is about the last place I'd be worried about on the Wirral.

Hoylake is ok. My brother used to live there for a while. It's a kind of have everything in one place so you don't have to go anywhere type of place!

West Kirby's better we have the Moby Dick! which reminds me, did anyone see that car incident near the Ring O'Bells tonight? Went by couple hours ago and lots of police and a fire-engine. I heard a car was upside-down.
