Well, the kind folk at Sitepoint are giving this book away for nothing, so fill 'yer boots. Looks like a decent enough book, based around website graphics rather than photo manipulation though.

Saw this earlier as I bought another Sitepoint book and they love to bombard me with emails.

Makes sense to get this as its free.

we used to download much slower than that in the days of 56k modem, don't complain so much, you're getting it for free
fwiw though, it downloaded pretty quick for me.
