Right, after reading so many threads on here about "im going on holiday" im now in the holiday mood! and it looks like im not doing the gumball this year now!

so....


i fancy a Clubbing holiday! somewhere i havent done yet, so NOT: -

Kavos
Faliraki
Costa del sol
amsterdam

Can anyone recomend anywhere for a decent week or 2 clubbing? on a budget for the package (save money for water sports / drink etc)

Well if you want a proper clubbing holiday then Ibiza is pretty hard to beat for good clubs/music. Stay away from San Antonio though as that's where the scum bags are. Stick to Ibiza Town.
 
Ibiza is bloody expensive. I've just got back from a yachting holiday and we sailed over for a few days to check out space the day after opening. 50 euros to get in and according to a few guys that had just left, it was dead anyway so we didn't bother. Went to a bar where we spent the rest of the night/morning, but still had to pay 9 euros for a vodka & coke.
 
I never understand why people say Ibiza is expensive.

50 euros for a club... okay... its the biggest club in the world, its got the most amazing atmosphere, beautiful women, great music...

8 euros a drink... big deal you are on holiday!

i pay 3-4 quid for a drink in local pubs or up newcastle. I was in ibiza for gods sake, the weather was awesome, the people were awesome... its a holiday. splash out!
 
Well it all adds up.
50 euros for a club (some closing parties will be closer to 70). 8 euros for a drink (if you're lucky in the bigger clubs).

Say you go out 5 nights in the week and have a conservative 8 drinks, that's 570 for those days. Then say another 50 euros for just messing around the other 2 days. Then add food and transport at about 30 euros a day.

So that's 830 euros. Then add your flights/transfer and hotel and you're looking at over 1000 euros for a week.

It's great fun but it isn't cheap.
 
If i went to Newcastle which is my local city for days and nights... I really dont think i would spend much less than i would in ibiza.

but at the same time, i wouldnt be having the weather, the gorgeous tanned women, the bars, the atmosphere, the sunsets...

I spent over 1400 quid in 2 weeks, but i loved every flaming minute of it. 100 quid a day spending isnt excessive, considering we were out all day and night partying eating and drinking
 
you get what you pay for though.
Pay £200 for a week and get faliraki or Playas...
Pay a bit more and get much much better clubs and atmosphere, knowing that the majority of the others in the club are there for similar reasons, not just because its loud music, cheap drink and full of skanky ho's.
 
If you want a cheap holiday then go to Skegness. If you want an amazing clubbing experience in a country famous for it then be prepared to pay. It really is that simple...
 
We also did amsterdam for a few nights, and i blew nearly 600 quid there too.

Get to the banana bar. :D
