Well it's recordered delivery so it should be recorded somewhere that I never signed for it, I rang seetickets straight away they said they would ring me back "Monday morning at the very latest". The first time I rang seetickets they just gave me a tracking number and royal mails phone number to find out where it is "because they shouldnt have lost it" which was about the least helpful customer service I've had before. But when I rang back the second lad went and spoke to his manager and seemed to make a genuine effort which was better. If this doesn't get sorted I will actually cry, and throw things, probably simultaneously.
