Ladder = People competing for the number one position on the scoreboard + more runewords and unique items available.

Non-Ladder = No scoreboard, fewer runewords and uniques. However, runewords and uniques from a previous ladder season will be brought over to Non-Ladder when it is reset. This will happen on the 17th of June so for example: If i have a Ladder character that has a ladder only item, on the 17th my character will automatically be transferred to Non-Ladder with all my items, and the ladder items will be somewhat more valuable on non-ladder.

Yes. When you install LOD you get the option to convert your character to expansion.

Yes you can, you get an option when you create the chars to go expansion or not, I believe the druid and the assasin must be expansion though as they are the 'new' Chars

im in nightmare you wouldnt be able to join as you havent done normal, if you ned any help message me ingame my usernames on the first post.

i also tried to join the ocuk game but it said i cant join because im an expansion character

Ah fond memories of this game, always hated act 3 with those guys on the shoulders of some random, their fire attack always annihilated my barbarian .

i dont think he has the expansion when i tried to join earlier it said i cant because im an expansion char

Ive just got my pala to lvl 17, i cant handle any more. lol. Diablo overdose.

I only used one skillpoint by the time i hit 17.

Used 6 now, but im holding out because i dont seem to need em, with paladins its all bloody easy. just get loads of points in your health and then hammer away
