Even more government documents were left on a train

This time the documents were handed to The Independent on Sunday, and it included fighting global terrorist funding, drugs trafficking and money laundering.

Maybe a deliberate 'leak' of documents to keep the 'Fear' agenda in people's minds after the problems with 42days going through parliament this week. People must be made to fear these terrorists so they can further implement more data-matching, ID cards, biometrics etc. We cannot have the general public thinking that terrorism cannot happen to them can we.....
