What do you eat for breakfast?

its looking like a chocolate chip protein bar at the min because theres very little else and I cant be arsed
 
Love a good breakkie me, just usually only time I have a fry up is morning after a night out, and I can hardly eat properly cos it hurts my teeth! Sensitive teeth = lose.
 
There is only one day for a cooked breakfast.... Christmas Day!

A typical Nitefly breakfast:

3 pieces of bread
2 boiled eggs
1 protein shake

Grr!
 
Chocolate Croissant. Crunchy Nut Clusters [Milk Chocolate] and freshly squeezed orange juice/tea [lemon, 1 tea spoon sugar OR honey]
 
Beans are absolutely ****ing **** on breakfasts, and actually in every other meal.

Seriously, they really really ruin everything.

Please, bear this in mind next time you're in the supermarket :(
 
oooh my breakfast was yummy this morning, I had a pannini with motzerella cheese , and a sliced up hot dog then put it all in the george forman. Mmmm
 
If i have a frying pan

Bacon
mushroom
and egg scrambled in the same pan/same time
toast

If i have a grill too then sausages as well

If have a saucepan/microwave then a tin of tomatoes too :)
