Abit in9 Vs ASUS P5N32-E

Hey, Im still pretty new to computer hardware.

so when my computer broke i sent it back to the company i bought it from and it turned out it was a problem with the power supply and motherboard.

so they replaced my

Asus P5n32 with a Abit IN9 32X-MAX

and i was wondering if thats a better motherboard or much of a much.

if it was a P5N32 then the IN9 32X is an upgrade.
if it was a P5N32-E then they are more comparable.
