Volkswagen re-releasing the Scirocco

I think it looks awesome.

Unfortunately I can't see the point of the car.

Do VW already have a sports coupe? Although slightly biased, I would have loved to see the Corrado re-released. VW website gives no performance figures, anyone got any from a different source?

Saw one hooning it around in Germany and think it looks quite smart, would certainly take one over the Golf GTi (if forced at gunpoint

But the smaller turbo's have much better mpg and unless you're paying >£30-40k that's what counts these days.
