What power supply for these parts?

I'm buying my cousin all the bits needed for a new system for him, which he wants to over clock.

I was just wondering which power supply would be good for the following parts, bearing in mine he will over clock it?

Corsair HX

Either the 520 or the 620 should be perfect.

Just out of interest, why not an Intel system? You could probably overclock much further...
