Malibu "Caribbean rum"

Large wine glass filled to the top with ice...

Pour in some midori (about 1/3) then pour in pineapple juice mixed with archers and malibu (about 1/3) then top it off with an cranberry vodka mix (remaining 1/3) bloody fantastic....

lovely summer drink... if all else fails.... cool beer

I love rum.
I malibu just doesn't taste like rum. Tastes like choc ice and bleach, childs booze.

I don't mind it to be honest, wouldn't go out and get it, I just accept it's not really a rum. Get a nice Santa Teresa 1796 rum, now THAT is tastey .

Oh, and Malibu is good for one thing, the bottles are brilliant for flairing with lol.

But schnapps is where I draw the line, my mate gave me some really thick syrupy warm schnapps once and I can't drink it any more.
