Advice needed

I am looking into upgrading to a new phone and one of the main requirements is I need to be able to browse the internet while im on the move. Called o2 and they could not do a good deal on the n95 8gig for me so I am now wanting to know are there any other good alternatives that would be good for internet browsing ? One other thing is are there any mobiles that you can attach to your home pc or laptop to provide a intertnet connection ?

Windows Mobile devices will allow you to attach them to PC\laptop to share the connection.
Usually this is not covered in your tariff, but I think you are allowed to do it on t-mobile web'n'walk plus (£12.50\month).
